Dr. Eric Joseph Garver
Fitness Professional and Group Exercise Instructor
(Spinning, U-Can-2, Outdoor Group Personal Training)
By day, Eric is Dr. Garver; however during his off-hours Eric is a fitness professional who utilizes his passion for fitness, family, fun and food to help members at My Fitness Kitchen achieve their best. Eric is known for his inspirational quotes and whether you participate in one of his spinning classes or group personal training workouts you are sure to be inspired. In addition to his quotes, Eric is known for his endless energy and big mouth. Eric has been an instrumental leader in our weight loss program U-Can-2 by not only making the program fun but also delivering RESULTS that the clients were seeking!

Eric helped start the outdoor workouts (aka Fat Furnace) at My Fitness Kitchen with Mark Rullo. This is the outdoor class with all of the crazies running around flipping tires and pushing sleds; just a few of the functional training exercises utilized during this fun and high calorie burning workouts. Eric personal training interest is competing in the Functional Training events; such as the Metro Dash.

Eric credits My Fitness Kitchen and especially Mark Rullo in turning his life around. When Eric found My Fitness Kitchen he was in a huge rut. Through the friends he has made at My Fitness Kitchen, Eric developed a lifestyle centered on fitness, positive motivation and lots of fun. Eric believes if you open yourself to the possibilities and U-Can-2 develop a positive, healthy centered lifestyle for you and your family.

Linda Hood
CPT
(Personal Trainer) & Group Exercise Instructor
After many years of working out and self-study, Linda decided to make it official and become a personal trainer to share her passion for exercise with others. Linda completed her Certified Personal Training (CPT) certification through National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) one of the Fitness Industry top certification. In addition to personal training, Linda also teach body sculpt and cardio boot camp classes and is planning on becoming an Spinning instructor as well.

Linda™s focus is with weight loss/body transformation and functional training. Linda specializes with new exercisers, particularly children and parents/children together working to create healthy lifestyles as a family. Having struggled with her own weight as a child, Linda is very passionate about having a role to reverse childhood inactivity and obesity. She understands the difficulty of balancing work and family, and has the desire and know-how to help individuals of all levels reach their fitness goals despite these challenges of time/availability.

Linda believes that exercise should be fun, challenging, rewarding, and a necessity thus ultimately a LIFESTYLE and not a onetime event.

M. Lisa Houser RD
Group Exercise Instructor
(Yoga, Spinning, Dance Aerobics)
Lisa has been in the fitness industry for 22 years as a dietitian and fitness instructor. She has held fitness certifications with ACE, AAFA, NEDITA, YMCA and SILVER SNEAKERS for dance aerobics, step, slide, weight training, spinning, personal training, and older adult fitness. Lisa is currently owner and operator of Myriam™s Table Catering service which specializes in farm to table service using mostly local and organic foods.
Anna V. Kromer
Group Exercise Instructor
(Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Step and Dance Aerobics)
Anna started in the fitness industry teaching swimming to her college peers, at summer youth camps and to physically challenged individuals to compete in Para Olympics. After graduating from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX with a degree in business, Anna rediscovered her love for dance & fitness, and began her informal self-study in yoga.

Anna has been a certified fitness instructor since 1986. Some of her certifications include The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Aquatic Exercise Association, Madd Dogg Athletics (Spinning), Silver Sneakers, Powerhouse Pilates, and The Yoga Institute. In 2009, Anna took a step further in the fitness industry by completing the 200 prerequisite hours to become a Registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance and is now an instructor for instructors.

Anna believes that the beauty of yoga is in its practice on and off the mat. She remains committed to teaching with care, wisdom, wit and inspiration.

Rebecca Pich
Personal Trainer, Group Exerciser Instructor
(Spinning, Yoga, Cardio Step, Kick-Box)
Rebecca is a children’s librarian by day, and a fitness professional by night. Rebecca has been leading fitness since 2005 when she received her ACE Group Exercise certification. Since that time she also received her certification in ACE Personal Training, Yogafit, Nautilus Cycling, Silver Sneakers, Les Mills, and ZUMBA. She enjoys creating challenging fitness classes for clients. As a personal trainer, she specializes in weight loss. She has a particular passion for showing people the benefits of weight training and its role in long term body transformation. In her spare time Rebecca likes to run, bike, swim, read, cook, and travel with her husband!
Alecia Wengert
Group Exerciser Instructor
(Spinning, Stretching, Stability Ball)
Alecia saw a Spinning demonstration at the mall in 1997, took her first ride, and was HOOKED! She became a Certified Spinning Instructor in 2001. Alecia creates a supportive, yet challenging, indoor cycling experience with movements choreographed to invigorating music. She has undertaken specialized training in teaching beginning Spinning students and previously taught a bi-weekly beginner class. She has also taught classes in stretching and aerobic ball. She has participated in and taught extended classes, up to 4 hours long. Outside of the spinning room, Alecia has competed in several running races: six 5K, one 10K, and one 5 mile. She also finished 5 sprint triathlons, and a Half Ironman Aqua Bike (biathlon). An avid outdoor cycling enthusiast, Alecia has completed three MS 150 rides and a Century ride (100 miles).
