Sign up sheets are located at the front desk for all morning Spinning classes. Classes with fewer than 5 participants are subject to cancelation.

  • Zumba Basic – Low impact Zumba class
  • Choose 1 or Both classes, it’s your choice!
  • Sign up is required for the SPIN class.
  • Cardio Step – Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for bench set-up. Please sign up for the Cardio Step Class at front desk.
  • FITNESS FLOOR ORIENTATION SCHEDULE Members have the opportunity for additional instruction on the Human Sport and other equipment in My Fitness Kitchen.
  • Please confirm the orientation status with the front desk and to reserve a spot.
  • Members NEW to Spinning should arrive to class 10 minutes early for proper bike set-up!

Pilates & M.E. (Muscular Endurance) “ this class offers a unique blend of Pilates and Muscular Endurance exercises. Combining fundamental Pilates movements and utilizing the Resist-a-Ball, Flex-band, BOSU and dumbbells; Pilates & M.E. is an excellent class to build overall strength, promote healthier joint function, develop greater core utilization and improve coordination and flexibility.

YOGA “ Appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the experienced practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind, de-stress. Yoga postures to stretch and to strengthen the body, breathing exercises to improve energy and to reduce tension, meditation to free and to clear the head. No flexibility or experience is required.

Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that can adapt to anyone! Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out. Zumba Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to activate your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!

Zumba Basic – Low impact Zumba which utilizes the Zumba formula, but modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of all participants in their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, meringue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun

SPINNING – It’ss your Ride Pedal your way to a fantastic workout indoors! With use of the industry leading and only bike endorsed by Madd Dogg Athletics, each class is lead on a virtual road ride, complete with a variety of movements and instructions. This class will give you an energizing, calorie-burning fun workout. With no complicated moves to learn and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been so fun! SPINNING is great for ALL fitness levels, because you will always ride at a self-directed pace.

SPINNING N Stretch “ The same great Spinning class as described above now with an incredible stretching class that follows. As we like to joke about here at MFK, stretching is like backing up your computer, we all know we should do it, but rarely do; however now you can!

Cardio Step “ High intensity, low-impact cardio class designed to develop cardiovascular endurance and burn calories. This class will challenge your body using a combination of step patterns on an adjustable platform.

Cardio Boot-Camp – is a full body metabolic workout to make your heart pump and expend calories! Time circuits utilizing light weight training, core, plyometrics, static, and dynamic exercises makes this class fun, challenging and different. Although it is a challenging workout, all exercises can be accommodated for all skill levels. Although you will be using weights, due to the volume and load it isn’t resistance training rather a cardio workout.

Cardio Kick-Box “ This high energy total body conditioning class develops cardiovascular strength and endurance through a combination of kicks, punches, blocks and squats to produce a powerful workout to help you burn those calories.

Body Sculpt “ challenge and push your body to a new level. This class targets all major muscle groups of the body utilizing light dumbbells, body bars, bands and more with high volume of reps and sets for a cardio workout to weights. Although you will be using weights, due to the volume and load it isn’t resistance training rather a cardio workout.

Cardio Coach “ utilizing modern technology of MP3 players, cardio coach provide tempo based background music and with instructor coaching to guide you through your cardio workouts. This technology is available for SPINNNG, Treadmills and Cross-Trainers (elliptical). Therefore with this technology, regardless of your schedule you always have access to an instructor lead cardio workout!
